Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pocket account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and securely placed in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
